This shows what the USA is like after annexing countries like Cuba, Philippines, Hawaii, etc. Uncle Sam is welcoming the other countries to his dinner table (thanksgiving). Hawaii and Porto Rico look well behaved while the Philippines look eager to benefit from being colonized (hungry), meanwhile Cuba looks angry/violent as seen holding up a knife. Site 

This political cartoon shows how North America and Europe are taking all resources from Africa, leaving very little left. This is because Africa is dug into and spread across the US and Europe. Site 

This depicts Uncle Sam telling the countries and people how to behave under him. It also depicts how much bigger the US is, and how the other countries are subordinates. The cartoon also depicts other countries which are following along or behaving under the US's rule. Site
